Basic Coaching Package

$230 / mo. or $60 / wk

(First Month: $30 off) 

The BASIC program is ideal for someone who is beginning or struggling to prioritize their fitness and wellness journey. The ideal client is someone who is looking to change their perception and relationship with exercise. This program provides clients with the basics of what they need to succeed and begin working towards their physical and mental wellness goals.

  • 3 to 4 days a week Workout Program (monthly progressions). 

  • Nutrition Tracking and Resources. 

  • Monthly Virtual Meetings.

  • As needed weekly email communication. 

  • Mindfulness goals and mood tracking. 

Advanced Coaching Package

$300 / mo. or $80 / wk

(First Month: $50 off)

The ADVANCED program is ideal for someone who wants structure and to challenge themselves by implementing a real fitness and wellness routine with ambitious goals. The ideal client is someone who is looking to change their perception and relationship with exercise. This program provides clients with everything they need to succeed and continue working towards their physical and mental wellness goals. 

  • 5 to 6 days a week Workout Program (bi-monthly progressions). 

  • Nutrition Tracking, Resources and Customized coaching. 

  • Monthly (and optional bi-montly) Virtual Meetings.

  • As needed daily cellphone and/or text communication. 

  • Mindfulness goals, coaching and mood tracking.

  • Includes:

    •  One intake and nutrition planning meeting.

    • Two 30 minute nutrition coaching meetings per month. 

    • Weekly in-app coaching and feedback.

    • 24/7 Texting and Phone Call Access 

  • Month-to-Month: $150

  • 3 Month Commitment: $120 per month. 

  • Utilizes Cronometer and ALL clients will have access to Cronometer GOLD​.

  • 3 month: $520 per month  ($65 per session)

  • 6 month: $490 per month ($61.25 per session) 

  • 2 sessions per week.

  • Sessions can be solely strength training or a mix of strength training and Pilates

  • Session include a full warm up and cool down. (60 minutes)

  • Required Initial Intake, Health screening, & Goal Setting meeting

  • Nutrition Coaching, feedback, and general guidelines 

  • 24/7 Texting and Phone Call Access 

  • Monthly body fat, body measurements, and weight assessments. 

Personal Training 'B' Package

  • 3 month: $780 per month  ($65 per session)

  • 6 month: $720 per month ($60 per session) 

  • 3 sessions per week.

  • Session include a full warm up and cool down. (60 minutes)

  • Sessions can be solely strength training or a mix of strength training and Pilates

  • Required Initial Intake, Health screening, & Goal Setting meeting

  • Nutrition Coaching, feedback, and general guidelines 

  • 24/7 Texting and Phone Call Access 

  • Monthly body fat, body measurements, and weight assessments. 

Private Pilates Sessions

  • 4 sessions: $250

  • 8 sessions: $500

  • 10 sessions: $600

  • Sessions are 60 minutes long and will include Mat work, Reformer Pilates, and Cadillac Pilates. 

Group Fitness

Small Group Strength Training:

  • $35 per class or $420 for the month if paid in full.

  • Monthly progress pictures and weigh ins required. 

  • 3-4 classes a week (Anterior, Posterior, Core & Conditioning, Pilates) 

  • Schedule updated every month. 

  • No contract required. 

Individual Form

Mat Pilates Group Fitness 

  • 50 minute classes. 

  • $50 for privates and a minimum of $30 for small groups (packages can be negotiated).

  • Required Initial Health screening & goal setting meeting.

  • In person and Virtual.

  • Provided pilates equipment for in person Sessions.

  • Will travel a maximum of 20 miles for a fee.
