The BASIC program is ideal for someone who is beginning or struggling to prioritize their fitness and wellness journey. The ideal client is someone who is looking to change their perception and relationship with exercise. This program provides clients with the basics of what they need to succeed and begin working towards their physical and mental wellness goals.
3 to 4 day a week Workout Program (monthly progressions).
Nutrition Tracking and Resources.
Monthly Virtual Meetings
As needed bi-weekly email communication.
Mindfulness goals and mood tracking.
